It’s great having Slingshot as our tech backstop. We have in-office and offsite systems, all of which are critical to our operation. There is nothing worse when we run into issues. The Slingshot team is able remote right in and get us back up and running. When necessary, they provide on-site support as well. Slingshot has sourced, installed, monitored and maintained our desktop hardware and software for many years. Slingshot has always delivered expert computer backup. For several years they provided our IT services and the help was excellent. Our computers were never down and it felt safe, knowing that Slingshot was monitoring our practice.
If there ever was a question about how to do something, Ben or Jesse was there to solve my difficulty.
When I sold my business, I asked Slingshot to continue to provide me with computer back up. I would highly recommend there team and you will not be disappointed.
